Every installation company in the KeyPoint system must have at least one nominated
Master User. The Master user(s) can be any person(s) nominated by the Installation
Company to manage the companies KeyPoint Account.
Usually this person would be a manager or senior staff member within the Company,
and must be setup before any other standard users (i.e Technicians or General staff)
can be enabled on the account.
The main role of the Master User is to “Enable” or “Block” their own staff from
accessing the companies KeyPoint account

“Enable” your staff access to your KeyPoint account while they are employed by
the company
“Block” your staff access to your KeyPoint account should they leave the company
Request Integriti CS keys for yourself or any staff that are enabled under the
companies “My Staff” profile
Plus all Standard User Services listed below

Request Integriti CS keys for yourself
Check the status of Integriti CS license keys
Check the status of Integriti Software licenses on all the companies sites
Check the status of all Integriti SMART card licenses associated with the
Companies sites
Place online order requests for additional Integriti Software and SMART card
licenses (This feature is yet to be implemented)
